All sales are final. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.
Paint Class Attendance Policy
If you are unable to attend a scheduled paint class, please note that all class bookings are non-refundable. However, if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, your payment may be transferred as a credit toward a future class.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of your payment.
If you are unable to attend, you may also have the option to receive your selected project as a take-home DIY kit (when applicable).
